These classes are the perfect starting point for anyone who’s new to practicing yoga, or to doing yoga with osteoporosis in mind. Sessions range from 20-40 minutes and are appropriate for all levels.

These classes emphasize specific movements that help promote strong, healthy bones. Together, we’ll focus on safety while creating better body awareness and overall mobility. Enjoy shorter 10-15 minute sessions and full-body practices that are 30-45 minutes long.

Inspired by the Strong Bones Challenge Facebook Group, these “mini sessions” talk you through each of the monthly challenges that have worked to build strength and confidence in among our Strong Bones community. These videos are short and sweet - no longer than 10 minutes - making them perfect to fit into a busy day.
